A container is a structural product. Once it is on your site, a bad door seal or a soft floor section becomes your problem, so the checks happen before it is released rather than after it arrives.

How do I know which size I need?
Compare against a familiar space. A 10 FT unit is roughly half a single garage, a 20 FT unit is roughly a one-car garage, and a 40 FT unit is roughly a two-car garage. If you are storing tall or racked items, a high cube adds about a foot of internal height. The size guide shows reference dimensions for every size, and the container finder narrows the catalog from five short questions.
What is the difference between new, one trip, used and refurbished?
A one trip container has carried a single cargo load from the factory and is normally described as new. A used container has spent years in service and will carry dents and surface marks while remaining structurally sound. A refurbished unit is a used container that has been repaired and repainted. The condition class for each product is shown on the product page and in the catalog filters.
What do I need to prepare before delivery?
A firm, level placement area, a clear approach for a large delivery vehicle, overhead clearance, and someone on site to direct placement and inspect the unit. Soft ground usually needs sleepers, pads or compacted hardcore to spread the load and keep the floor clear of standing water. The site preparation guide covers this in detail.
What happens if the container arrives damaged?
Inspect the container while the driver is still on site. Photograph anything of concern, note it on the delivery paperwork before signing, keep the documentation and contact support promptly so a transit damage claim can be opened. The steps are set out on the shipping page.
Can I return a container?
